Product Introduction:

此泵主要用于挤出机或中高粘度聚合物的增压和稳定流量输送。与挤出机配套使用，安装于挤出机的出料口处。

JM-B series melt pump is mainly used for extruding machine or high viscosity polymer pressurization and steady flow. With use of extruder, installed on the discharging mouth of the extruder.

PP, hot-melt adhesive ,fibrin, fluoropolymer, polysulfone, polyester, pc, PEEK, HIPS, ABS ,PE, PVC, PMMA ,SMA LLDPE ,PS, PA ,PVA ,TPES, HEPE, PB ,PET, SAN, PIB and other materials.

泵体	耐热碳钢  不锈钢  铬镍合金钢  CPM  高温工具钢  钛钽合金以及带涂层的泵体
齿轮	高温工具钢  渗氮钢  CPM  特种钢以及带涂层的齿轮。
齿形	直齿  斜齿 人字齿（用于出口压力脉动特别低的工况）
滑动轴承	工具钢  银镍合金  铜铝合金 CPM  特种材料以及带涂层的轴承
轴封	螺旋密封  填料函密封  组合密封

Technical Parameter：

Material for Melt Pump body: Carbon steel preventing hot, stainless steel, Nickel-Chrome, Alloy Steel, CMP , high temperature tool steel, titanium-tantalum alloy steel and pump body with coating.

Material for Gear: high temperature tool steel, nitriding steel, CPM, special steel and gear with coating. Straight gear, inclined gear and herringbone gear(used in very low pressure pulsation of outlet port)

Sliding bearing: Tool steel, silver-nickel ,copper-aluminum alloy, CPM ,special material and bearing with coating.

shaft sealing: Helical seal, packing seal and assembly seal

heating system: Electrical heating and medium heating
